Absolutely! It fits right in with our school philosophy and we encourage this sort of involvement in learning. Before people start helping in classrooms they are trained in how to assist appropriately and purposefully, and understand our requirements for behaviour management, confidentiality and conduct. We look forward to building a strong team of committed classroom helpers.

At this stage, Upper Harbour Primary School is not enrolling Foreign Fee Paying Students.

Simply contact the school on 413 7233 or email office@upperharbour.school.nz to let us know you're interested in enrolling your child. We can then arrange to meet with you, check your eligibility, and provide you with our enrolment forms and information.  A meeting with the principal is part of the enrolment process.

We do not take 'out of zone' enrolments. If we do consider taking 'out of zone' pupils in the future, it will be publicised in the local media and the process will be administered according to Ministry of Education criteria.

We enrol children who live within our 'home zone', which has been approved by the Ministry of Education. Please go to the HOW TO ENROL for details of this zone.
